A Bolt Together Storm Shelter/Safe Room that can be installed in existing rooms with NO heavy equipment needed.

The S-Class TruGuard Panel System (Walls and Roof)

The S-Class TruGuard Panels are CNC Laser Cut and Formed 10 gauge steel for consistent quality. A Double Flanged System designed for strength and function. Each TruGuard Panel has laser cut fastener holes and wire runs for optional utilities upgrades. The double flange on each panel creates double reinforcements at each connection. The walls / roof system bolt together every 6 inches through the upper perimeter angles and lower base channels.

The S-Class Storm Shelter/Safe Room:

  • An above ground Storm Shelter.
  • Available in three standard sizes.
  • A fully bolted structure that can be assembled and installed by two-three people in 4-8 hours with No welding, No heavy equipment, and No specialty tools needed.
  • Can be disassembled and moved, if you move you can take it with you.
  • Door opens to the inside to prevent entrapment.
  • The S-Class Series 24 is 72 inches Wide x 48 inches Deep x 84.25 inches Height and weighs 1,782.08 LBS.
  • The S-Class Series 51 is 72 inches Wide x 102 inches Deep x 84.25 inches Height and weighs 2,783.9 LBS.
  • The S-Class Series 81 is 102 inches Wide x 54 inches Deep x 84.25 inches Height and weighs 3,224.56 LBS.
  • Each kit comes complete with the TruGuard Panel System, Vault Door, installation kit, and all hardware required for assembly.

Overall Construction:

  • There are anchor points every 6 inches around the entire base channel.
  • TruGuard Panels are CNC Laser Cut and Formed 10 gauge steel for consistent quality.
  • Panel can be removed from the inside to prevent entrapment.
  • The door jamb is a double layered steel plate system making it twice as strong at over ¼ inch in thickness.
  • Each wall/roof panel, base channel, and top perimeter angle are bolted every 6 inches with ½ inch flanged bolts.
  • Can be installed by two people with no heavy equipment needed.
  • Can be disassembled and moved, if you move you can take it with you.
  • The locking handle is conveniently located 41 inches in height, easy to reach and operate. You don’t have to try to lock three or four individual locks, or locate bars and pins during a time of emergency.
  • Door opens to the inside to prevent entrapment.
  • All components are CNC Laser Cut, CNC Formed, and Powder Coat Painted to ensure a quality product with repeatable outcomes for each of our customers.
  • Interior is designed to be upgraded or matched to existing interior finishes.
  • Keyless Lock Entry is standard equipment.

The S-Class tornado/storm shelter was designed to be upgraded, the interior can be finished out matching your current home interior creating a safe room in your home that completely blends in with your décor yet offers F5 rated protection. This Structure can also be used as an interior vault protecting smaller safes or other valuables.

With the S-Class tornado/storm shelter you can easily customize the size within 6 inch increments. The panel system configuration can be changed allowing custom shapes and sizes giving you more options to personalize your space.

 

The S-Class Double Flanged Formed Channel Wall System

Each panel is bolted on 6 inch centers to the next panel and all bolt patterns are the same making each panel interchangeable, this allows you to increase or decrease the size of the structure by adding or taking away panels.

Each panel is formed with a double flange, this increases strength and allows for customization of the interior.

The S-Class Formed Bottom Channel & Formed Top Perimeter Angle

The Formed Bottom Channel is anchored to the ground connecting the structure to the ground and connecting each panel together forming one continuous wall section. The Formed Top Angle is bolted to the wall panel system and roof panel system every 6 inches with a ½ inch flange bolt forming one continuous structure.

What’s Inside The S-Class Vault Door

Inside this door is a Three Cam Drive Locking System, all gears & cams (the internal door parts) are 1/4″ steel. The door jamb is a double flanged and double layered steel plate system making it twice as strong at over 1/4″ in thickness.The Three Cam Drive Locking System allows you to quickly lock eight vault bolts simultaneously, with one motion you are secure, a single handle is conveniently located 41 inches high so that you can easily access it without bending over or reaching above your head.
